Refund policy
■ Returns and Cancellations:
In the unlikely event that there is a defective product, we will check the stock status of our shop and replace it with a new one or an equivalent product. Please contact us by email. Please note that after that, we will not be able to accept returns or exchange requests.
■ Returns Period:
Within 7 days from the date of arrival of the item.
■ Duties, VAT, and Other Taxes:
- International duties (tariffs), VAT, and other taxes are not included in the product price.
- If any such charges are required during customs clearance, they are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid by the customer.
- If the package is not received due to unpaid charges or refusal to pay, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns. Please place your order with this understanding.
